Creating a MyPain® app user account

Creating an account to use the MyPain®app is very easy. It takes less than 2 minutes to set up.

Your Details

The easiest way to create an account and login is by using your Facebook or Google account. This is a very secure but easy option as you don’t have to remember your details or enter them every time you login.

MyPain only asks facebook or google about your name and email (not even your password) or any other details they may hold about you.


A pop up  window will confirm that you want to create an account with MyPain. Select the appropriate choices.

If you have used an email address and password in step 3, you will receive an email with a password to activate your account.

Now it’s time to make a bespoke programme for you

Login

The email link will take you back to mypain.app where you can enter your login details and click login.

If you have used facebook or Google to create an account, you simply need to click on their image to login.

Options

Select if you want a 2 week trial or access full a programme.

If you select a full programme, you will be asked to find a pain expert to help guide you through the programme in the next part.

If you just want to explore features of the Mypain app yourself select a 2 week trial. You can change to a full programme at anytime.

Answer the questions in order for the MyPain app to select the right modules for you to form your bespoke programme.

Expert help for best results

Find a healthcare professional to help you with the programme by their name, town, postcode or hospital and send them a request to add you as a patient. MyPain app full access is only provided by expert healthcare professionals.

 
You get a confirmation email as soon as the healthcare professional has accepted your request.

Start your life changing pain management journey!

A request is sent to the healthcare professional to accept you on the programme. As soon as that’s done, you can start straightaway after login in.
